As an authorized agency for all brands, we ensure that all our products have passed rigorous QC inspections at the factory.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package and all items to ensure they are in proper working condition. Should any issues arise, we are committed to resolving them professionally to ensure your satisfaction.
30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, we accept returns of unopened and unused items. Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item. Please note that the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address. For sanitary and safety reasons, opened or used items are non-returnable. Prefilled cartridges and e-juice are excluded from this guarantee.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with the following information:
- Order number
- Item code(s) to return
- Reason for return
Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24 hours.
3-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
We offer a 3-Day DOA Guarantee for items in the following conditions: disposable kits/e-juice leaking, glass/screen broken, other arrival damages, or items not working upon first use (cannot charge, atomizer leaking, etc.). Contact us within 72 hours at sales@calidisposablevape.com for assistance.
3-Month Warranty
We provide a specific guarantee period for our products starting from the date of original purchase. Batteries and mods typically come with a 3-month warranty. Please check the item description for detailed warranty information.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Atomizers (RDA & Tanks)
- Disposable vapes
- E-liquids
- Replacement pods
- Replacement coils
- Spare parts (drip tips, glasses, O-rings, tools, etc.)
- Hemp products
- Rechargeable batteries
Consumable items like coils are not covered once depleted. Warranty does not cover user errors (dropped, water-damage, incorrect charger, etc.), lost/stolen devices, or smashed devices. Any hardware modifications void the warranty.
Exchange Terms
If you receive a defective item, an item not as described, or a broken item, contact Customer Service within 48 hours at sales@calidisposablevape.com. To expedite the process, provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Serial number
- Detailed problem description
- Steps taken to solve the issue (for defective items, refer to our FAQ)
- Video/video link or picture showing the problem clearly
Images are required for review. If not provided, it is at the agent’s discretion to determine eligibility for refund or reshipment. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable, except for DOA situations.
Missing Items from Package
Each order is processed with care, inspected by at least three workers, and weight information is recorded. Special orders are photographed before shipping. If an item is missing, check the order shipment confirmation and contact Customer Service within 48 hours at sales@calidisposablevape.com. Provide your order number, missing item name (SKU number), and clear pictures of the outer packaging and shipping labels.
Possible solutions include resending the missing item/accessory or arranging a refund for the missing item.
Refund Terms
- Contact us by email at sales@calidisposablevape.com to initiate a refund.
- Items not yet shipped will be refunded within 24-48 working hours after a reasonable request is received.
- Items already shipped will be refunded after we receive the returned items.
- Received items will be refunded after inspection to ensure they are in good and original condition.
For store wallet refunds, allow 24 hours for the credit to appear in your Cali disposable vape account. For refunds to the original payment account, allow 7-14 working days for the refund to appear in your credit card account. For more details, contact your card issuing company.
